Plan meals on a budget, prepare and present recipes using seasonal produce, exercise safe food handling techniques, manage safe kitchen hygiene, follow the steps on packaged items, implement preparation techniques, share the meal prepared with the other participants in the course

Tuition fee: $300 – can be charged to NDIS plan

Resources fee: $120
