- prepare and present recipes using seasonal produce
- exercise safe food handling techniques
- manage safe kitchen hygiene
- follow the steps on packaged items
- measure ingredient quantities
- share your meal with your class mates
10 week course from 28 January – 4 April. Cost = $120.
