Vivid is excited to have just launched it’s Staff Health & Well-being Program!
This program is all about YOU! We want Vivid to be a supportive and fun workplace that promotes balance, health and well-being.
As part of this program, we are taking part in the State government’s Achievement Program – an accreditation that we are working on with Echuca Regional Health.
We are calling on staff to come forward to be Vivid Staff Champions to ensure that this program delivers what you want. If you want to see change at Vivid, if you are passionate about health and well-being or if you have ideas that would make Vivid the best possible place to work, then we would love for you to be a Vivid Staff Champion. The Champions will be meeting a few times a year to have input into the Health & Well-being Program and other staff events and programs, such as the Staff All In Day.

Vivid’s Employee Assistance Program allows staff to three free, confidential counselling sessions.
This program aims to assist our staff in dealing with work related or personal issues.

Vivid has recently submitted its annual report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).
The Workplace Gender Equality Agency is an Australian Government statutory agency created by the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 and is charged with promoting and improving gender equality in Australian workplaces.
