Vivid’s mission is to support people with disabilities.

We will continue to offer services to people with disabilities who need our support. If you or your loved one requires support, please tell us. We will work with you to ensure that we can deliver that support to you in the safest and best way possible.

Accessing Services

Vivid is working with the people we support and their families to ensure that we can provide quality services in accordance with Federal Government guidelines.  We are working on a gradual return to services. This means a case by case approach in many circumstances.

Community & Day Programs
We are now offering programs in a limited capacity at all Vivid Living sites (Swan Hill, Kerang, Echuca and Kyabram).

We are limiting the number of people at any given time depending on the size of the site.

Residential Services
All residents continue to reside at our residential houses.

Flexible Supports & Support Coordination
We continue to offer more flexible supports, 1:1 support, in-home supports and support coordination services.

Supported Employment
Work Crew continues to fulfil contracts both on and off site, in accordance with current guidelines.

High Street North (Echuca) and Harrods Lane (Swan Hill) administration remain closed with staff continuing to working remotely.

Infection control and prevention

We have stringent Infection Control, Risk Management and Emergency Management Plans in place to protect clients, families and staff.

Supports will be delivered in strict accordance with Government guidelines to ensure a safe workplace is provided for both clients and staff.

With the easing of restrictions across Victoria and Australia, Vivid reminds its staff, clients and families that it is the responsibility of each and every one of us to act responsibly, maintain social distancing and exercise personal hygiene practices. It’s up to all of us to make this work.
