Advice to Staff: JobKeeper Payment

Federal Parliament has passed the legislation to establish the Job Keeper Payment.

It is anticipated that Vivid will qualify for the JobKeeper Payment and be able to pass it onto eligible employee.

Pending confirmation of Vivid’s eligibility, employees will meet the preliminary criteria for eligibility for the JobKeeper Payment if they are:

* Full time as of 1 March 2020
* Part time as of 1 March 2020
* Casual with regular shifts as of 1 March 2019

The Australian Taxation Office will require you to complete a document which enables eligible employees to participate in the JobKeeper Payment scheme.

Completed forms MUST be returned via email to [email protected] by Tuesday 21 April, 2020.

Important Notes on the JobKeeper Payment:

* You can only receive the Payment from one employer.

* The Payment is not additional funding on top of any other financial assistance packages available.

* If you receive the JobKeeper Payment it will impact on any other financial assistance you are receiving or applying to receive.
